This ceramic pedestal rises in a glossy, deep burgundy glaze .Along its body, multiple handles emerge, like grips waiting to be held. They suggest function, movement, lifting but remain purely ornamental.Atop the pedestal rests a small black-and-white checkered pear. The contrast invites a pause: monumentality supporting fragility.
