Prices are in Euro and as I am a starter in selling my products I am eligible for the VAT exemption scheme.
Wich means no VAT is charged by the government.
Unless clearly described in product description I always sell one product per post.
Therefore the price is applicable for one product, even though more products may appear in certain pictures.
All products are considered not food nor dishwash safe.

Once full payment for products and shipping is done the products will be packed carefully.
Shippings will be done on fridays but during busy periods or vacation periods it can take a little longer.
I will always try to be as fast as possible.

As my studio is located in Belgium, you may have to pay duties or taxes depending on where you live.
I'm not liable for these charges so they can not be reimbursed by Maya Bolsens.
In application of article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 working days to return, at his own expense and risk, the item for a refund. This period runs from the day of receipt of the order. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, however the cost of return and insurance will be the responsibility of the buyer and the conditions of the shipment must be identical. The return of the product or products is carried out in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories and in perfect condition for resale (not used, not soiled, undamaged …) Otherwise, the items will not be refunded.
Returned products travel at the expense and risk of the Customer. Any damaged product, incomplete, absent or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded and will be returned to the Customer at their expense.
Once the item is received, I will issue a refund for the full amount of your purchase minus the original shipping costs.
I am not responsible for lost /damaged return packages.
Breackages are rare but can still opccur during transportation.
If you receive a broken item, please email me immediately (info@mayabolsens@gmail.com) and make sure to include pictures of the broken item in its original packaging and box. (inside & outside pictures of box/item)
