This piece is an earthenware red clay vase

The soft purple and deep red glaze combines beautifully with the rough surface of the stony red clay

On top of the vase a coppery green appears from playing with oxides

The interior of the vase is fully glazed

Each vase is unique, has its own character and belongs to the Family of my carefully designed group of vases.
